Recenzii
Review from previous edition ...a reference book for all those who are interested in Community environmental law and who wish to keep up-to-date with environmental policy developments at EC and national levels. The breadth of material covered in the various editions of the Yearbook is remarkable...a reliable source of information and inspiration for administrations, academics, practitioners and citizens interested in environmental protection.
I commend this series to all environmental scholars, practitioners and students in European Environmental Law.What sets it apart from other publications of this kind is the breadth of its coverage and the acknowledged academic and practical expertise and experience of its Editors and Editorial Committee. Overall this series provides a comprehensive and informative overview of recent and current developments covering a broad spectrum of environmental issues affecting EU Member States. It is however of interest to a much wider audience and offers its readers in other parts of the world, a rich cache of well-written articles and other reference material that will easily serve as the basis for a comparative analysis with other environmental legal and policy regimes.
Continues to be an essential information source for all persons working in the field of environmental law in Europe and beyond...
