It's Christmas time in San Rolando City and all is not jolly. Acton Winston, AKA, "The Christmas Killer," is on the loose for the third year in a row, having already kidnapped and brutally murdered his first teenage girl of the holiday season. Bickering brothers Eric and Dean Prize are called to lead the investigation. However, to save their jobs, they also must save Captain Hollis' daughter, Melissa, who fits Winston's victim profile exactly. Will they succeed before it's too late?
