She and Barbara Mitchell formed a writing partnership in 2012 and wrote "The Big Book of HR," "The Essential Workplace Conflict Handbook," "The Conflict Resolution Phrase Book," and "The Manager's Answer Book" which received the prestigious Next Generation Indie Book Award. Their books have been translated into other languages and read worldwide.Barbara Mitchell is enthusiastic about helping organizations find, hire, engage and retain the best available talent. That's why she founded The Mitchell Group, a management consulting practice that helps clients with people and talent management issues.
