Thin Times and Thin Places: Life Lessons From the Labyrinth

Joel Kreger (1954- ) was born into a farming community in central Minnesota, attended college in Nebraska and seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. For 17 years he pastored Lutheran congregations in Iowa and Wisconsin, and then for 18 years taught History and English in a small rural northern Wisconsin high school. He has traveled throughout the United States, and in Europe, South America, and Africa. He has developed a reputation for reflection on life lessons and teaching them with insight and humor. In addition to this book on labyrinths, he has written a fantasy trilogy. The "Chronicles of Eirgalon" is a series that takes place in a Celtic America. "The Land Beyond the Sunset" and "Search for the Loon's Necklace" are followed by the recently released "Brigit's Bow."
