This book reveals many thoughts and practices of a mindfulness practitioner and educator, named Phe X. Bach. His essays are inspiring and dynamics that cover a wide range of topics from Education to Literature and Art. The articles are in Vietnamese, but some of his thinking can be found in the book titled, An Essence Mindful Leadership - Learning Through Mindfulness and Compassion by Phe Bach. Dr. W. Edward Bureau wrote in the Foreword - Leading From Compassion as the following: "Flowing in Dr. Phe Xuan Bach's prose and poetry are notions of intentional mindfulness within ourselves and with others. Such is the core of leadership that is being always present in this moment that we share with others. Mindful leadership is existential in nature, both timely and timeless.
