Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs.F. Erik Brooks, PhD, is assistant to the dean of the college of liberal arts and social sciences and associate professor in the Department of Political Science at Georgia Southern University, Statesboro. He holds a doctorate in public policy and administration from Virginia Commonwealth University's L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs.
