Determined not to let this nasty man get away with this, eleven-year-old Timothy enlists an unusual group of friends to help him break into the West factory and recover the stolen recipe. But little do they know, someone will smell a Rat. A Rat named Oddball, who becomes aware of their plan and is determined to stop them.
