This book contains Tips that relate to communication and human relation skills that everyone everywhere can relate to. While the structure and mission of non profits differ one from another and may change as time progresses, some things have not changed since the beginning of civilized society; namely, fundamental human needs and motivations, and that is what this book addresses.
