Veronica Hinke is a writer, speaker, and journalist, and the author of The Last Night on The Titanic: Unsinkable Drinking, Dining & Style. Her "Titanic Cocktails" report for Wine Enthusiast magazine in 2012 featured the Champagne, wine, and spirits bottles at the Titanic resting place that help demystify what life was like in all three classes. Veronica shares her love of history and culinary arts through her work.
