Benjamin Paul Iddings was born on 23 January 1952 in a small town in Lower Saxony (Germany). He has been married for 38 years. He has two grown-up children, and lives in Brunswick. He is an enthusiastic grandfather. The author has written various essays, theatre texts and biographical sketches. Among these are "Never Be Fat Again - Goodbye to 75 Kilograms", and the novel "The Other Side of Anger." His first novel for adolescents is "Toby Thorsen and Lulu's End."Iddings has been the editor of numerous TV magazines, he is the founder and chairman of a benevolent society, as well as of the society of writers, the "Edition Scriptorum" in Brunswick.
