Through his two decades running organizations, John Laurito has had a passion for learning and teaching top-level leadership. He spent 18 years with Ameriprise Financial in various roles such as financial advisor, Field Vice President, and Regional Vice President. He earned the Outstanding Leader Award and Diamond Ring Club honors through numerous accomplishments, including raising the office in Hartford, CT from #100 in the country to #1 under his leadership. Most recently, he served as President & CEO of Concord Wealth Management, the Boston Agency of Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company for seven years, where he led the company to more than triple in size. Under his leadership, the agency garnered recognition several times as one of Boston Globe's Top Places to Work and as one of Expertise's Best Financial Advisors of 2017. Penn Mutual has recognized the agency's success in many ways, granting Laurito's teams with two President's Awards, three Excellence Awards, and the Manager of the Year Award to three different managers. He left the corporate world in 2020 to focus full time on The Laurito Group, which is dedicated to educating future generations of leaders. He also regularly speaks at universities, companies, organizations, conferences, and business events on topics ranging from leadership to personal achievement. Laurito graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Economics. He currently resides in North Carolina with his two children, Nick and Skylar.
