Tag Finn, an elite CIA operative turned private investigator, just managed to save the former love of his life and thwart an arms deal that would have facilitated the largest terrorist attack since September 11. But, the man behind the arms deal, Adrien Babineux, managed to escape and is on the run in Europe, and the CIA needs Finn to bring him in.
