Duncan Wardley is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' London office and a member of the Heidrick Consulting Practice. A subject-matter expert in behavioral science, he helps clients develop thriving, adaptive cultures, accelerate team and organizational effectiveness, and unleash the potential of great leaders. Daniel M. Cable is a professor of organizational behavior at London Business School and the author of Alive at Work. Cable and his consultancy, Essentic, have worked with hundreds of organizations, including IKEA, McDonald's, Twitter, and Coca-Cola. His research has been featured on CNBC and in Harvard Business Review, The Economist, the Financial Times, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and Bloomberg Businessweek, among others. He lives in London.
