In 2034 the Earth is suffocating from heat caused by climate change. Ray Jacobs, a highly trained and experienced environmentalist, dies, but is reincarnated just as he was in 1964 at age 24. This is when he made a decision that was irreversibly regretful. Until now. He has a chance to live a different life now. He moves to L.A. to take a job with the Water Department. He meets an Astrologer and her two daughters. Her clients are a who's who of Hollywood, and she has made a fortune doing horoscopes for them. She realizes that he is different and takes him in. Ray helps her calculate horoscopes. He then begins to understand he has been put into this new time as his former self to perform a heroic act. Ray realizes he needs to save the Earth from dying because of Climate change. While the mysterious Red people try to stop them - he and the Astrologer, along with an ethereal woman who calls herself Brigantia, find an unusual way to try and save the Earth.
