The objectives of the study were to investigate the participation of trade unions in collective bargaining in the Ministry of Agriculture; to find out benefits of trade union's participation in collective bargaining in the Ministry of Agriculture; to identify the challenges faced by trade unions in the Ministry of Agriculture where collective bargaining is concerned; and to investigate how the trade unions are able to bargain collectively in the Ministry of Agriculture.
