In its modern conception, sports workouts constitutes a system that not only takes into account the improvement of physical performance capacity to achieve sporting results that are manifested during competitions, but also as a pedagogical process conceives sport as a means of integral education, improvement of health and preparation for life; on the basis of regularities, principles and laws that condition it.
