en Limba Engleză Paperback
You have read the books and attended the seminars. But is what you have learned about leadership working for you? And if not, why not? In Transforming: The Power of Leading from Identity, Greg Wallace breaks the code and debunks the cookie-cutter, charisma-driven approach to leadership. With his transparent approach and signature wit, the author shares his journey-the good, the bad, and the occasionally infuriating. His unvarnished experiences and liberating insights are a welcome reprieve from the one-size-fits-all "lead like me" model. Uncover your model of leadership, the one that flows effortlessly from your authentic identity.

Notă biografică

"I encourage people to become the best version of themselves; that's what makes for the best leaders," says Greg Wallace, a 'new direction change agent', leadership instructor, teacher and speaker. His 26-year professional career in labor law, human resources, education, strategy, and planning has led him to believe that the best leaders "lead from their own identity and not just from leadership best practices." With a passion for helping leaders build healthy organizations - from the corporate arena to non-profit environments - Greg teaches, writes, and consults on leadership and organizational effectiveness with a particular affinity in helping leaders navigate the often-choppy waters of change. He has successfully implemented change in a variety of contexts, taught organizational change in graduate business schools, and is an accomplished author on the subject. Greg holds a bachelor's degree from Cal State Northridge in political science, a law degree from UCLA, a certificate in Executive Education from UCLA's Anderson School of Business, and a master's degree from Azusa Pacific University in Human and Organizational Development. Greg has personally counseled executives in Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, government, education, and ministry, among many others.
