Every parent wants to be able to take their child's pain away. I have never felt so helpless in my life. I couldn't fix the problem. There was no Band-Aid big enough to fix my son's pain. I can't recall ever being more in need of God's grace and understanding. I was horrified that my son might do the same as his friend, and take his life also. But God had the most amazing plan in place. I could have never imagined it. My Lord and Savior has delivered my family and me out of so many trials, that saying "thank you, Lord" will never be enough.
