This is the third book about a young boy called Trubshaw, following on from Trubshaw's Ghost and Trubshaw's Folly. The setting is an English preparatory school for boys, and the year is 1951. In these pages we find our hero facing a number of choices, some easy to make and some more difficult. When you get to the end you will discoverthe most important choice in his life.
