Growing up is not always easy, but when you have the help of family and friends to guide you, it makes the path much smoother. I grew up in a small town where hate was everywhere. I hated school due to getting bullied on a daily basis. I just wanted to die until I finally found a reason to live. When love finally came into reach I found it was much easier to breath. I no longer had to deal with the hurt and pain that everyone inflicted upon me. Having someone hold me and tell me that everything was going to be alright was all I needed. That was until he left me for good. Being able to overcome so many obstacles in life is really what living is about. I had to deal with bullying, homophobia, and abuse. Open yourself up to the possibilities that there really is someone good for you out in this world because until you do that you will always be in the dark.
