Does truth matter?

For those who follow a religious path, truth may be secondary to comfort.
But for many of us, there can be no comfort in untruths.

In the author's experience and opinion, religion is responsible for a great many sins.

In the name of religion-the pursuit of knowledge has been hampered.
In the name of religion-women have been vilified.
