Notă biografică

Hasan Saygin is Professor of Natural and Applied Sciences and Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at the Istanbul Aydin University. He received his Ph.D. from Universite de Montreal, Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, Institut de Genie Energetique and M.Sc. from Istanbul Technical University in Nuclear Energy. His publications include numerous articles in energy, mathematics and engineering from natural and social sciences perspectives. He is the author of Geo-Energy Perspective: Geo-Energy Space in EU Context and has contributions in the books titled Renewable Energy-Trends and Applications, Energy Resources in General, Report on The Turkish Model for Transition to Nuclear Power and other books on energy, strategy, economy and political violence. He is in the Editorial Board of International Journal of Social Inquiry (IJSI) and Honorary Editor in International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering (IJEMME), and also peer review in international journals such as Journal of the Energy Institute, Annals of Nuclear Energy, Journal of Applied Physics, Applied Thermal Engineering, Physica Scripta, International Journal of Thermal Sciences, International Journal of Social Inquiry (IJSI), International Journal of Electronics, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. He is the founder and Chair of several institutions on energy, informatics etc. in Turkey. Murat Cimen is Executive Vice President of Investment Banking Department in Nurol Investment Bank. He received his Ph. D. Degrees from Turkish War College, Institute of Strategic Research Department of National and International Security Strategies in 2011 and Bogazici University, Graduate Studies in Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering Geotechnical Department in 2004. He received MSc. from ITU, Institute of Science and Technology, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Department in 1996 and MBA from Bogazici University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 1997. He received BSc. from ITU, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Civil Engineering in 1993. He worked mostly in huge privatizations and investment projects in Turkey since 1996.
