Mesut Hakki Casin, professor of international law at Yeditepe University, completed his doctorate education on "International Security Strategies and Disarmament" at Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1994. He is currently a member of the Turkish Presidential Security and Foreign Policy Board.
