In churches just like in other major business organisations there is a need to change the way things are done. In Business if things are not succeeding, if there is no growth, they do something about it. Business organisations use a change process a re-engineering or restructuring process. The result for many, is a sustained future, increased growth and the establishment of a great corporate culture.
