It's an accomplishment to make anything-a car, a movie, or a song-that stands the test of time. It is also an accomplishment to remain standing after decades of challenges and doubts. As the wife of a famous musician, a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, I have been tested since my earliest years. Through my faith in Christ and the support of my church, I live to tell the tale. While my husband stood on stage, in the spotlight, I was in the shadows offstage.
