Vedran Dzihic is an Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation Fellow at the Center for Transatlantic Relations, Johns Hopkins University. Daniel S. Hamilton is the Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation Professor and director of the Center for Transatlantic Relations.
