The character of Conan, originally created by Robert E. Howard, has captured the imagination of readers and audiences for decades. Inspiring various film and television adaptations as well as spin-off books, Conan is perhaps most synonymous today with Arnold Schwarzenegger's portrayal in films Conan the Barbarian and Conan the Destroyer. To the delight of Conan fans, Schwarzenegger is reprising his iconic role in a new film, The Legend of Conan, due for release in 2015.
