Jofi's time to himself, and with his wife and children, exploring new opportunities, gave him the chance to better understand his inner desires, long suppressed while on auto-pilot working with the family company. Most of all, Jofi Baldrich was able to reframe his way of looking at life, finding a way to balance work, personal happiness and time with his wife and children.
Through taking new classes, going on retreats, and learning to understand and empathize with how others saw themselves and their own fears and desires, Jofi was able to become an Integral Coach(R), re-centering his own world. In recent years, Jofi has gone on to teach others what he learned, helping them to rebalance their lives.
