When he died, Leonardo left behind a number of notebooks and over two thousand drawings. In the years that followed, scholars took upon themselves the great task of deciphering the mirror-wise writings. They translated them, rendered them readable, and catalogued them. But whilst they made this great contribution to mankind, they destroyed the sequence of Leonardo's thought as he progressed through life.
"Vincent & Leonardo" is the sad biography of a once deeply religious, loving, and very homely man. I have put his life together as I see it.
This is my personal conception of Leonardo da Vinci.
