Notă biografică
Tatjana Holter studied law in Berlin and London from 2008 until 2014, graduating with the first state bar exam. She worked as a student assistant for Prof. Dr. Eva Inés Obergfell at the Chair for Intellectual Property, Copyright, International Private Law and Comparative Law. After graduation, from 2014 to 2015 she was a research associate with WilmerHale in the antitrust and competition practice group. In 2015, she joined Prof. Dr. Gerhard Wagner at the Chair for Civil Law, Business Law and Economics as a post-graduate research assistant. She completed her PhD in 2018 and then completed her legal traineeship with the Berlin Higher Regional Court in 2020. Since then she has been a criminal defense lawyer, first at Hogan Lovells, now at Venedey, Dr. Gysi, Höfler in Berlin.
