Voices of Silence
Autor Vivien Noakesen Limba Engleză Paperback – 19 oct 2006
There are many anthologies of poetry of the First World War, most of which concentrate only on a few poets. Voices of Silence is different.
Less literary but equally important, the verse gathered here is by the ordinary soldier. It adds a new and important dimension to our perception of the immediate response to war.
