Melanie Mohren (*1979) und Bernhard Herbordt (*1978),Absolventen der Angewandten Theaterwissenschaft in Gießen. Seit 2000 realisieren sie gemeinsam interdisziplinäre Arbeiten im Grenzbereich der Darstellenden Künste. Herbordt/ Mohren arbeiten an einem erweiterten Theaterbegriff und seit 2012 in unterschiedlichen Medien zu Institutionen und ihrer Kritik.www.die-institution.orgEnglish:Herbordt/Mohren consists of Melanie Mohren (*1979) and Bernhard Herbordt (*1978), both graduated from the Institute for Applied Theatre Studies in Gießen. Together they realise since 2000 interdisciplinary projects on the threshold of the performing arts. Their spatial and sound installations, radio plays, performances, stage plays, music theatre works, exhibition and publication projects have been presented in a huge variety of international settings, and have received numerous prizes.
