This book is designed to be a reflection on the lessons learned along my journey. People have heard me say that something happens to you once you turn forty. I think that "something" is the freedom to reflect, feel, and be free. It is my hope that you are inspired to do the same. Just know that forty is not the magic number. Yolanda R. Bynum is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University and holds a BA in Psychology with a minor in Elementary Education. Yolanda also holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Change (MSL) from Pfeiffer University and is certified in Nonprofit Management by the Office of Continuing Studies at Duke University. Yolanda provides consultation and training, keynotes, and motivational messages regularly for executives, youth, professionals, youth-serving agencies, and individuals.
