War

Thomas, a professor of world religion, believes in different worlds, multiple realities, and time travel. But still, he can hardly believe it when the air in front of him waves-and he disappears from the light of day.

Kate has just arrived home with her groceries on a chilly night, with the stars and moon so close she could almost touch them, when she's startled by a mysterious young woman who suddenly appears, as if out of nowhere.
