This Poetry Book is unique because it is written by a person, Beatrice Brook Ross, who has been involved in many of the "creative arts" all of her life and every poem reflects this. The words are written likes notes on a scale, with rhythm, cadence and have a profound meaning. While reading a poem, you feel like you are looking at a colorful painting. Her poems are not "sing song." There is alot of "internal rhyming" and if a subject matter is written about more than once, each version is very different and very interesting.
