Waterlines
Autor Alison Pelegrinen Limba Engleză Paperback – 29 aug 2016
One of Louisiana s brightest literary stars returns with a collection that delves deeply into the beauty and danger of the Pelican State. Allison Pelegrin s "Waterlines" leaves behind the gaudy delights of New Orleans to immerse itself in the haunting beauty north of Lake Ponchartrain. In this collection, it is indeed water the threat of hurricane and flood, as well as the tangled geographies and histories of the rivers and lakes themselves that push the poet into uncharted emotional and spiritual territories. The poems in "Waterlines" are contemplative, but still infused with Pelegrin s signature wit and delight in the human and natural wonders that surround her."
