Rebecca Warren is a Speech Language Pathologist and
Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Specialist
who works primarily in educational settings. She earned a
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education
from the State University of New York at Oneonta and her Master's
Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from Hofstra University.
She dedicates her career to mentorship, leadership, and promoting
self-advocacy for her clients. Rebecca now lives in Coastal North
Carolina with her husband and two children. When not working,
she enjoys being active outdoors, going to the beach, and spending
time with her family. Tiffany Flint is an advocate for Down syndrome and Inclusive
education. She uses evidence-based research to help in promoting
change in practices and policies for people with disability. She is
a Registered Nurse by trade and holds a Bachelor of Science in
Nursing. She currently volunteers her time as the President of
the Down Syndrome Network of Onslow and Carteret Counties
(DSNOCC). She is from Richmond, Virginia and currently lives in
Coastal North Carolina. She is married and has two children. Her
youngest child, Ella was born with Down syndrome.
Ella inspired this universal book on inclusion and accessibility. Rashad Davis is the illustrator of this book
