Internet traffic has continued to increase in the last few years due to various channels of access. Using metrics, estimations can be made for the number of people connected with the internet and the content they are sharing and are interested in. Online tools, such as search engines, as well as traffic and usage analyzers, are used for measuring the growth of the internet and falls under the purview of "webometrics." The established measures for webometrics are link analysis, URL analysis, web citation analysis, and web content analysis. Web Impact Factor (WIF) is an important parameter in webometric studies. This book examines the application of WIF towards measuring quality of library websites. It offers detailed examples of institutes within India and the WIF of their library websites.
