This book is to teach children to be grateful for life necessities and having a family that many other children don't have. For instance, to be able to live with both parents and siblings. Some children spent their life bouncing from one foster home to another. Some others never met either their mother or father. Some get separated from their siblings. So many children go hungry or just one plate of food for the day. Some children only have a pair of sandals and two outfits to wear. For Isaac to share the things that he is grateful for will remind some children to do the same.
