Notă biografică
Neville was born at Barmera, in South Australia. He lived in the Murray Mallee country and the Riverland until age 12, then moved with his family to north of Burra, in the highlands of the Mid North of South Australia.
He started designing houses when he was 11, and eventually went to Adelaide University to study architecture. He bit off more than he could chew, but there he learned to draft, and so has been able to offer a house design and drafting service since then.
He experienced a spontaneous soul awakening while at Uni, when he was 20, which eventually led him to wander eastern Australia as a meditation renunciate for 6 years, in constant communion with the heart presence. His home base was SA, as well as Chenrezig Buddhist Monastery in SE Qld.
During those years of traveling, his first job was as a kitchenhand in Adelaide. He also had kitchenhand jobs in Brisbane, on Moreton Island, and in Sydney, and worked as a laboratory analyst on Cape York, Queensland.
In 1980 he met his wife to be in Brisbane. After feeling called to return to SA, they returned to Burra, where they married and had 3 sons.
During the time in Burra, he worked as a mailvan driver, he did house design and drafting jobs, and gardening and small building jobs. He also studied, practiced, and later taught, astrology and meditation.
In his early 40s, he started studying for a Diploma in Professional Counselling. In early 1998, his family moved to Gawler, just north of suburban Adelaide, for the childrens' education. There he worked as a resident counsellor at the Gawler Neighbourhood House.
In around 2000, he was inwardly clairaudiently guided to 'find the western mystery school tradition', which led to finding the School of the Golden Rosycross in 2006. This has been a necessary and much-appreciated part of his inner process of soul-realisation.
In mid-2017 he experienced a shift into a new clarity, an activation that has taken years to assimilate and integrate.
Like many of us, he has had to do a lot of emotional healing work - to 'get over' himself so that there could be an opening to the soul, and to be guided by it.
He eventually came home to the soul, and found a place of being happy to be nobody, in the power of the inner beloved of the heart.
