Scott Chase lives in Snohomish, Washington where he and his wife Amy enjoy the challenges and thrills of raising their two young boys Hayden 8 and Brady 5. Aside from writing, Scott enjoys being a sales consultant as he takes pride in matching clients with their wants and needs. Scott also enjoys camping and just being silly with his family and friends.

Scott dedicates this book to his boys as well as his dad, Jim.

Gary A. Williams, BA, MHP, GMHPGary Williams is a Whatcom County artist. Gary recently retired as an administrator with the Whatcom County Health Department where he supervised the behavioral health and housing divisions. Gary continues to serve on several local and state advisory boards and commissions. Artistically, he has worked primarily with pen and ink, watercolor, and more recently, oil. Gary has illustrated several books. Gary and his wife, Sally, live on an old dairy farm north of Ferndale, Washington with their two dogs, and four cats. Gary's art has always served as a welcome creative release from the challenges of everyday life.

One of his greatest joys is drawing with his grandchildren Benjamin and Elijah. Gary believes that although not everyone can make a living as an artist, one should not give up on the daily joy of drawing and painting.
