When Fear Knocks

A madman has started killing girls in the quiet town of Rockmarsh, Connecticut.

As Sheriff Buckmaster scrambles to find clues, down-and-out journalist Brad Oldeman struggles to gather fodder for his assignment on the murders-but can't shake the guilt he feels about an award-winning story he wrote decades ago.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Walker has rented a farmhouse outside of town in the hopes of finally leaving the gang life of North Hartford behind her and reconnecting with her father, Johnny. But when Johnny reveals he's going to marry his live-in girlfriend just a year after her mother's death, Jennifer storms out.

When days pass and Jennifer hasn't returned any of his calls, Johnny goes to her house-only to find it completely empty. Suddenly, he fears that his daughter's silence might have more to do with the murders than their family rift and joins forces with Buckmaster and Oldeman in the hopes of finding Jennifer before she, too, is killed.
