American culture has deteriorated into being a cesspool of evil. A mysterious, powerful, and evil man named Mr. Apollyon suddenly appears on the American scene. He desires to eliminate the Christian church, the Bible, and any public reference to God. He forces his will on pliant United States senators and members of Congress to pass restrictive laws barring Christians from the public arena where he intends to banish them from the country. He uses publicity techniques similar to ones used by the Nazis against the Jews in the 1930s to turn the public against believers, helped by hordes of demons working to help pass the laws. Angels rally to the defense of the church, but the battles are fierce and costly. The rallying cry against the believers is the desire for freedom against any moral laws, giving an excuse for marches and threats against believers. There are now groups demanding freedom for pagan worship and obscenities in movie films and music from Hollywood. Atheists want any reference of God to be eliminated. And finally, the press and the media turn against Christians and publish lies designed to have them declared "Un-American" and "Un-desirable." Mr. Apollyon is so powerful, he seems invincible. It may be the death of the Christian faith in America.
