My parents died when I was young. I had to go and live with my grandmother. Money was scarce but we had a strong bond. She taught me that money is nothing, love is bigger. I have a passion for art and find healing through it. I fell in love with a train passing our house every morning, I took the time to sketch it. Who knew that a train can have an impact on your life? The morning when the train stopped, my whole life changed and my life felt like a big mistake. Can one person really deal with all this loss and heartache? Suddenly, being in a foster home was tough and feeling alone was the worst. I asked myself, couldn't I just also die, because who wants to be a burden for somebody? I met people along the way but there was not a bond as close as family. It was when I, Megan Williams, went back to my childhood home and found a message that made me decide that nothing can stop me.
