Jemal Carter, also known as Supreem Da Rezarekta', is a respected force in Philadelphia's urban/hip-hop scene. Known for his electrifying stage presence, he has opened for iconic acts such as The Roots, Fat Joe, and the late Notorious B.I.G., earning a reputation as the "Urban Entertainer." Supreem's debut solo album "Breathe" (2002), produced by Philly's Docta Shock, marked the start of his recording journey. Since then, he's released several successful singles and videos, including the award-winning "Queen of The Wobble" (2014) and the popular Hip Hop anthem "Gimmie" (2015). Beyond his music, Supreem is deeply committed to his community, performing on tours against guns, drugs, and violence, and working with mental health non-profit organizations in Philadelphia. He has also contributed to NFL Films, recording original songs for HBO's "Hard Knocks" series. Supreem's latest singles, including "Rise And Grind" featured in CBS's "East New York," are distributed worldwide by WhoMag. His rich career and contributions to hip-hop are captured in his book "Where I'm From: Past Iz History," a deep dive into the evolution of the Philadelphia hip-hop scene.
