Why Am I Still Here?

God led me to several people who inspired me to get more answers. One person He led me to is a very dear friend who had been ill. After visiting with her, I started to leave and she commented that she didn't know why she was still here. That's where I got the idea for my program which encouraged me to compile this book.

Several people have shared their stories with us and their stories have become a part of this book. Many of these people have never told anyone of the personal things that they have had happen in their lives, until they shared their stories with us. There are testimonies as to why they feel they are still here, stories telling about how they see God at work in their lives, stories about divorce, murder, abuse, alcoholism, grief and suffering. (Then Jesus said, "Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.")

There is another section titled, "A Trip Down Memory Lane." This has several sweet stories from the past. There is a story in this book for everyone.
