Gwen Bailey has been head of animal behavior for the Blue Cross, one of Britain's foremost animal welfare charities, for the past twelve years and is a member of the Association of Pet Behavior Counselors. Firsthand experience with hundreds of different types of cats has enabled Gwen to understand their actions and tell us what they are thinking. Gwen is the author of several books about pets.
