Why Minor Powers Risk Wars with Major Powers: A Comparative Study of the Post-Cold War Era
Autor Marinko Bobicen Limba Engleză Hardback – 22 oct 2019
This book examines key cases in the post-Cold War era to explain why minor sovereign powers wage war against major ones. Bobic proposes a theory in which there are three pathways through which a minor power may choose to fight. They all involve the necessary condition of a domestic crisis, with which other sufficient conditions can be combined to lead to conflict.
