Donald J. Leopold is a Distinguished Teaching Professor at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He is the author or coauthor of many books, including Native Plants of the Northeast: A Guide for Gardening and Conservation. Lytton John Musselman is the Mary Payne Hogan Distinguished Professor of Botany at Old Dominion University. He is the author or coauthor of numerous books, including The Quick Guide to Wild Edible Plants: Easy to Pick, Easy to Prepare.
