I gathered quotes from books and e-mails, my notes and conversations with people I met and read about. These words can change my mood in a seconds, when I am down, or out of track towards my goal which is joyful life. I used to carry a notebook with me full of such notes and thought: I need a proper printed book. I have published it for all my close friends and not so close friends readers.
